What are the symptoms of: diarreah, insomnia, refulx acid indigestion, heartburn?

I have trouble sleeping and generally ONY sleep the whole night to fall in the early hours of the morning. I have stomach problems, cause diarreah, indigestion, heartburn. I received a diagnosis of thyroid disease. EALRY I'm in my thirties. About weight of 100 kg. I am active and play sports as much as I can. usually twice a week, but it is more difficult to breathe. Oh yeah. . . I'm having trouble breathing. I know the most obvious answer is obesity, but please be helpful.

Well, this is obviously an important factor for your obesity, heartburn / acid reflux and sleep disorders – and perhaps your diet? I do not know what causes your Durchfall.Haben you already have a doctor? Sorry, that’s about as useful as anyone can without further information.
