After the first Again, my singing voice has returned to normal, almost as soon as the infection cleared up. But this time, my singing voice has not regained the same strength as before. Now, when I singing, my voice feels strained, at any time, usually takes more effort and the sound is not so beautiful. Somedays my tonsils are still felt a bit bloated and I realized that my nose is clogged with phlegm or mucus. I've never had problems with my breasts before, so I started to believe that I have a kind of throat infection or a problem with acid reflux. However, my diet is filled with high acidic foods and drink plenty of water and herbal tea throughout the day, so really I do not know what happened! Has anyone had a similar experience? Does anyone recognize these symptoms? I would appreciate advice on how to get rid of this problem.
